We offer educational products, tools, and content designed to support mindset, confidence, wellbeing, and emotional resilience for kids, teens, and adults.

Our products are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or crisis services, nor are they a replacement for professional support where needed. If things are tough right now we would suggest you get in contact with a professional to help – we have a resources page on our website to help point you in the right direction.


3. Using Our Website

You agree to use our website responsibly. This includes:

  • not using it for unlawful purposes
  • not attempting to disrupt or interfere with its security or functionality
  • not copying, distributing, or reproducing content without permission
  • not reselling or imitating our products, designs, or digital content

Our materials (including content, layouts, graphics, product designs, and branding) are protected by intellectual property laws. You’re welcome to enjoy them personally, but they cannot be reproduced or sold without written permission.

We work hard to ensure product details, photos, and descriptions are accurate. Colours, sizes, and small details may vary slightly in real life.

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
We may update prices from time to time.
Shipping costs (where applicable) are displayed at checkout.


6. Orders

When you place an order, you agree that:

  • all information provided is accurate
  • you are authorised to use the payment method provided
  • we may cancel or refuse an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or if unusual activity is detected)

If we ever need to cancel an order, we’ll notify you and issue a refund.


7. Shipping

We currently ship within Australia.

Typical delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on location and postal services.
Once your order leaves our hands, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

While delivery times are usually smooth, occasional delays can happen due to postal or courier networks. These delays are outside our control, but your tracking will always show the latest updates.


8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Change of Mind / Standard Returns

For physical products, we offer a 30-day return window for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.

  • Refund or store credit available
  • Customer covers return shipping costs (unless item is faulty)

Please email support@thegoodhappy.com before returning anything so we can help.

Faulty Goods

If your item is faulty or damaged, we’ll replace it or provide a full refund, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Digital Products

If we release digital downloads in the future, they will be non-refundable (as they cannot be “returned”), unless required by law.


9. Educational Use Only (Important)

Our products, tools, cards, explanations, digital content, and any personalised quiz results are for general educational purposes only.

They are not:

  • psychological advice
  • medical advice
  • therapy or counselling
  • a diagnostic tool
  • a substitute for speaking with a qualified professional
