Refund policy

  • Change of mind: You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

  • How to start a return: Email orders@thegoodhappy.com with RETURN in the subject line and include your order number. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.

  • Return shipping: Postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost. We recommend a trackable service.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method (allow 5–7 business days after we approve the return). Original shipping fees aren’t refundable.

  • Damaged or incorrect items: If something arrives damaged or not as ordered, email us within 7 days with photos. We’ll replace or refund and cover return postage.
