Change of mind: You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

How to start a return: Email orders@thegoodhappy.com with RETURN in the subject line and include your order number. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.

Return shipping: Postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost. We recommend a trackable service.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method (allow 5–7 business days after we approve the return). Original shipping fees aren’t refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items: If something arrives damaged or not as ordered, email us within 7 days with photos. We’ll replace or refund and cover return postage.
